Comfortable and very clean apartment. Excellent communication and easy check-in. Location a little off-center, but worth the price paid. Highly recommended

We were well received by the host with a lot of explanation about the beautiful place and surroundings. There was also a dentist appointment arranged by Emanuela which was great. Always possible to ask anything. The place is great ,we were surprised that it is a pilgrimage place but this time of year very quiet. The garden is beautiful and especially in summer with lots of sun. we enjoyed the area very much and also had a nice walking appointment with guide in national park Bosco di MAlebotto/ Rocco Argimusco ( food in Montelbano,opposite the castle) which was really great. This place is highly recommended'.

There is a beautiful German adjective: "Kitschig". I'm not sure what the correct translation is in Italian. Maybe they're words like “sloppy” or “trivial.” In this apartment, however, there is nothing "kitschig". The opposite of "Kitsch" is the ambivalence of life, perhaps - talking to Camus, the absurdity of life. And this represents this apartment for me as an artistic expression. My rating may seem complicated or incomprehensible. And yet, for me, it's the biggest compliment.

My two girlfriends and I had a wonderful two nights in the countryside, with so much thought and care put into our stay from our hosts. Arriving after a long drive we where welcomed with cake, tea, eggs, treats, everything essential to a comfortable first night and morning. Our booking included an entertaining and fun evening cooking local dishes with Nino and Dina and we enjoyed a lovely night together round the table with amazing food and drinks and sharing stories. What a pleasure this was and a great start to our holiday and to Sicily! We know some of the prior reviews mention the neighbours dogs barking, this was the case on one of the nights and sorted out with some earplugs, so we would advise this. It did not spoil our stay at all and we left full of joy at having met such wonderful people and having had such a great time. Thank you to our hosts for looking after us so well and we would recommend you book this wonderful experience if you are in Sicily!
