The house is beautiful, spacious and well located, because it only takes 10 minutes to get to the beach by car. However, the road that leads to the house is a little noisy, you can hear the cars driving there. The bathrooms are very hygienic and clean, as are the majority of the house. There is equipment for the charcoal grill which is very cool and the kitchen is big enough to cook together. Communication with the hosts is very good, we always got help very quickly when we had a problem or question. Lavagna is a beautiful, small place where you can walk well through the streets and beautiful other towns, such as Portofino are not far away. Also, the dining area outside is covered, so you can sit in the shade despite the sun. All in all, the stay was worth it, the only thing that could be improved is the dishwasher, which does not wash properly, but of course you can also wash the dishes by hand

The house is indescribably beautifully located! It's a wow effect every time you look out from the terrace or from the garden towards the sea. Lovingly designed inside and out: from the extremely sensible screens on all windows and doors, as well as the real wood floor and the beautifully furnished apartment to fall in love. You feel right at home and the relaxation can be used directly. Swing in the hammock, enjoying a wine overlooking the sea or barbecue in the evening - everything is just right. The covered parking spaces at the house ensure cool cars and short distances for luggage or shopping. The journey via a labyrinth of small streets is exciting, which sometimes also leads the navigation to its limits. The communication with Monica and Franceska is always friendly and quick. All questions are answered very quickly. The cleanliness is also exemplary. We have been there several times and are always looking forward to the next legacy. Thank you Monica! <3

Villa Civetta is close to Sestri Levante, a beautifully picturesque town. The house lacked nothing, we simply enjoyed the well-being and the quiet evening on the terrace after the beach and excursions. Thanks Paola for the lovely relaxing stay

Couldn't recommend this charming villa more highly. It's set amongst a private olive grove with only one other house and it was the perfect peaceful base for a week to explore the area with my husband and two children ages 5 and 6. The views are wide and spectacular. The house was immaculately clean and has everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable (we've stayed in about 5 places in the Ligurian region and not always the case) and the children adored the chance to sleep in the bunk bed. The hosts couldn't be more helpful. This house is a special find.

Absolutely wonderful stay in such a beautiful setting. The villa is beautiful - the hand painted tiles particularly are stunning. It is traditional and well equipped. The view is what you are staying for and that was incredible! We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, eating our dinner and watching the world go by. I personally stayed in the back room where the train tracks are and I know some of the reviews mention this as an issue. I really found it absolutely fine, I had brought ear plugs which I wore (which I do normally) and it really didn't bother me. I actually quite enjoyed hearing the trains. I would say a car is needed for the villa, which we had. It would be fairly difficult to navigate without and it is approximately 250 steps up to the main road. Laura was amazing! So attentive and even got us some lovely treats as we were getting a late flight to Milan and then a long drive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful apartment right by the sea and in a good walking distance to the old town of Sestri Levante and the train station. Unfortunately sometimes a bit noisy because of the street which is directly from the house.

The house is as in the photo with all the utilities even more, impeccable cleanliness, easy to add to the sea. Mountain and sea 6 km away.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

We stayed in some of the two houses near Camogli. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. On our arrival we found a variety of food as well as beverages. Thanks again for that. Access is feasible with a normal car - contrary to some other comments. The house is quiet and private and offers a good base to relax there or make excursions on the Ligurian coast. We can recommend the house and also the caregiver and would come back there. There is a way to charge the EV at the house - but only with 1 kW, i.e. it works, it just takes.

We had a lovely family holiday at Remo's house with our two small children and had a grandparent visit along the way. The landlord was easy and good to communicate with both before, during, and after our stay. The house had many nice rooms, and we only used one floor and had plenty of space still. The house is very beautifully located in the quiet end of the city with a short distance to the cozy little streets in the center of the city and a fantastic beach just a few hundred meters down the hill. Sestri Levante is a lovely city, and we would love to come back another good time in the future.

Our stay was wonderful! Lothar was such a wonderful host. He was accommodating and made himself available for anything we needed, He even cooked dinner twice for us. The property had many fruit trees and the pool was such an added pleasure with a gorgeous view. For those with mobility issues it is a long walk to town with many stairs to walk up and down. If that is not an issue, don't hesitate to book this stay! You will love it!

Although access to the accommodation is a little difficult (very narrow road typical of liguria) it is worth it! Beautiful view that you never get tired of, and a calm that is priceless. The house is perfectly well-equipped and convenient. It feels good right now. On the other hand, you have to be in good physical shape to walk to the beach, the train station etc... Many stairs that become difficult on return with the heat. A special mention to Meg for the little extra details, wine, olives, air mattresses available, archery etc... the children were delighted and so were we! We'll be happy to go back.

Don't hesitate to select your dates to spend wonderful moments at Carlo's Carlo is a great person, very welcoming, smiling, attentive and responsive to the needs of customers. The apartment is in a very good location, quiet and close to all the sights to visit by car. The place is complete and provides all the comforts. A great place to rest. My wife and I were with 2 kids and a dog. When we arrived, we received a lot of information about local attractions, restaurants, how to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino. Davide made you feel great from the start of your stay. You feel like someone makes you feel good here. The house as in the photos fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and air conditioning in the rooms upstairs. Clean and homey. Replacement of towels and linens after a week. A pool with a wonderful view. Tomatoes and basil from the garden are great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and rest. I recommend it to everyone and thank the host for this stay. We already want to go back.

We stayed at Andreas for 3 weeks. This was a beautiful location. The House itself was clean and well furnished. The gardens were lovely and well equipped with lovely gazebo to relax or eat in, a pool with great poolside furniture and bar b q and table under the shade of a vine. We bought our little dog with us and the garden is completely enclosed so we didn't have to worry about him escaping or getting lost. Beds were really comfy. The kitchen was really well equipped, the large balcony was a great place to eat breakfast. The village in a 5minute walk away and we went to the bakery every morning to collect breakfast. The bakery is also a locate shop a massive bonus. There is also a bar in the village which was another bonus. The Pizza restaurant in the village was brilliant you could have a 5 course meal or a pizza using all local produce. All in all this was a great place and we will definitely come back. We had an absolutely amazing stay! Incredible views of the water and bay! The house has a genuine charm and plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the pool! Elisabetta is a remarkable host with a wealth of knowledge about the area! Super responsive and a great communicator. The house is fully equipped with all you need throughout your stay. We all loved the “L'Antico Frantoio”.

Mimma did a great job, she was very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on places to visit, where to get food and cheap parking. The house is very clean and the views are amazing. We would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Stefano's house! The location was beautiful - we did some really lovely walks in the surrounding hills and some day trips to the coast. The house itself was wonderful. We loved the character of the building and appreciated the care with which it has been restored. The furniture was all really interesting and well curated. We felt right at home and it was the perfect cosy spot on the colder days. We still managed to enjoy the pool when the sun came out! We would definitely love to come and stay again someday. We stayed in the relaxing house for 5 days and it was a wonderful experience. The house is just like in the photos, cared for in every detail and supplied like an inhabited house, nothing is missing. The pool is very useful as well as the outdoor shower with hot water. The garden is very large and fenced for the joy of our dog. There is no shortage of deck chairs, armchairs and hammocks. The mosquito nets in every room were much appreciated. Daniele and Emanuela welcomed us in a friendly manner, showing us the house and giving us tips about the area and the farmhouses where we ate very well! Very responsive to any of our requests. The neighbors are also very nice and really helpful. We had a very good time, recommended for exploring the valley but also simply for relaxing!! The road to get there is definitely narrow and winding but not busy so it's not a problem. In short, a more than positive assessment! Thanks again for everything

What a beautiful place! This house has a soul! Tastefully furnished with antiques and great to find coffee, tea, spices. It has everything you need. It’s a pity we were on the way home and only stayed for a night. I would love to come back when it’s warm and be able to sit on the terrace that overlooks the town and the bay.
