Das Haus ist schön, geräumig und gut gelegen, denn bis zum Strand benötigt man nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Straße, die zum Haus führt ist allerdings ein wenig laut, man hört die Autos, die dort langfahren. Die Badezimmer sind sehr hygienisch und sauber, genauso wie der großteil des Hauses. Es gibt Equipment für den Kohlegrill, was sehr cool ist und die Küche ist groß genug, um gemeinsam zu kochen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist sehr gut, wir bekamen immer sehr schnell Hilfe, wenn wir ein Problem oder eine Frage hatten. Lavagna ist ein schöner, kleiner Ort, wo man gut durch die Straßen spazieren kann und schöne andere Städtchen, wie z.B. Portofino sind nicht weit entfernt. Außerdem ist der Essbereich draußen überdacht, also kann man trotz der Sonne im Schatten sitzen. Alles in allem hat sich der Aufenthalt gelohnt, das einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, ist die Spülmaschine, die spült nicht richtig, aber natürlich kann man das Geschirr auch mit der Hand waschen

Das Haus ist unbeschreiblich schön gelegen! Es ist jedes Mal ein Wow-Effekt, wenn man von der Terrasse oder vom Garten Richtung Meer schaut. Innen wie außen liebevoll gestaltet: angefangen bei den äußert sinnvollen Fliegengittern an allen Fenstern und Türen, sowie den Echtholzboden und der zum Verlieben schön eingerichteten Wohnung. Man fühlt sich sofort Zuhause und die Entspannung kann direkt einsetzen. In der Hängematte schaukeln, einen Wein mit Blick aufs Meer genießen oder abends grillen - es stimmt einfach alles. Die überdachten Parkplätze am Haus sorgen für kühle Autos und kurze Wege fürs Gepäck oder die Einkäufe. Spannend ist die Anfahrt über ein Labyrinth von kleinen Straßen, die mitunter auch das Navi an seine Grenzen führt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica bzw. Franceska ist stets freundlich und rasch. Alle Fragen werden sehr schnell geklärt. Ebenso die Sauberkeit ist vorbildlich. Wir waren mehrmals da und freuen uns immer wieder auf die nächste Gelegeheit. Vielen Dank Monica! <3

Unser Urlaub war super schön. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Der Grundstück ist sehr groß und somit super für eine größere Gruppe. Die Kommunikation mit Luciano war super und unkompliziert. 🌞

Die Villa Civetta befindet sich in der Nähe von Sestri Levante, eine wünderschön malerische Stadt. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, wir haben uns einfach Wohlgefühl und auf der Terrasse den ruhigen Abend genossen nach Strand und Ausflügen. Danke Paola für den schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt

Couldn't recommend this charming villa more highly. It's set amongst a private olive grove with only one other house and it was the perfect peaceful base for a week to explore the area with my husband and two children ages 5 and 6. The views are wide and spectacular. The house was immaculately clean and has everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable (we've stayed in about 5 places in the Ligurian region and not always the case) and the children adored the chance to sleep in the bunk bed. The hosts couldn't be more helpful. This house is a special find.

Absolutely wonderful stay in such a beautiful setting. The villa is beautiful - the hand painted tiles particularly are stunning. It is traditional and well equipped. The view is what you are staying for and that was incredible! We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, eating our dinner and watching the world go by. I personally stayed in the back room where the train tracks are and I know some of the reviews mention this as an issue. I really found it absolutely fine, I had brought ear plugs which I wore (which I do normally) and it really didn't bother me. I actually quite enjoyed hearing the trains. I would say a car is needed for the villa, which we had. It would be fairly difficult to navigate without and it is approximately 250 steps up to the main road. Laura was amazing! So attentive and even got us some lovely treats as we were getting a late flight to Milan and then a long drive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer und in guter Laufweite zur Altstadt von Sestri Levante und zum Bahnhof. Leider manchmal etwas laut wegen der Straße, die direkt vom Haus ist.

La casa è comme nella foto con tutte le utenze anche di piu ,pulizia impeccabile, facile aggiungere al mare .Monte e il mare a 6 km .

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

Unsere Aufenthalt in Isabellas Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Der Blick ist atemberaubend. Um zum Haus zu gelangen ist ein schmales Auto wichtig.

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Vi havde en dejlig familieferie i Remos hus med vores to små børn og fik bedsteforældrebesøg undervejs. Udlejeren var nem og god at kommunikere med både før, under og efter vores ophold. Huset havde mange fine værelser, og vi brugte kun den ene etage og havde godt med plads stadig. Huset ligger meget smukt i den rolige ende af byen med kort afstand til de hyggelige små gader i centrum af byen og en fantastisk strand blot nogle få hundrede meter nede ad bakken. Sestri Levante er en skøn by, og vi kommer meget gerne retur en anden god gang i fremtiden.

Our stay was wonderful! Lothar was such a wonderful host. He was accommodating and made himself available for anything we needed, He even cooked dinner twice for us. The property had many fruit trees and the pool was such an added pleasure with a gorgeous view. For those with mobility issues it is a long walk to town with many stairs to walk up and down. If that is not an issue, don't hesitate to book this stay! You will love it!

Bien que l’accès au logement soit un peu difficile (route très étroite typique de ligurie) cela en vaut la peine ! Magnifique vue dont on ne se lasse pas, et un calme qui n’a pas de prix. La maison est parfaitement bien équipée et pratique. On se sent bien tout de suite. Il faut en revanche être en bonne forme physique pour se rendre à pieds à la plage, à la gare etc… De nombreux escaliers qui deviennent difficile au retour avec la chaleur. Une mention spéciale à Meg pour les petits détail en plus, vin, olives, matelas pneumatique à disposition, tir à l’arc etc… les enfants étaient ravis et nous aussi ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

We stayed at Andreas for 3 weeks. This was a beautiful location. The House itself was clean and well furnished. The gardens were lovely and well equipped with lovely gazebo to relax or eat in, a pool with great poolside furniture and bar b q and table under the shade of a vine. We bought our little dog with us and the garden is completely enclosed so we didn't have to worry about him escaping or getting lost. Beds were really comfy. The kitchen was really well equipped, the large balcony was a great place to eat breakfast. The village in a 5minute walk away and we went to the bakery every morning to collect breakfast. The bakery is also a locate shop a massive bonus. There is also a bar in the village which was another bonus. The Pizza restaurant in the village was brilliant you could have a 5 course meal or a pizza using all local produce. All in all this was a great place and we will definitely come back. Wir haben mit unserer Familie (2 Kindern, 5 und 8 Jahre) und unseren Schwiegereltern eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Gastgeberin sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, vollständig ausgestattet, charmant dekoriert und mit vielen kleinen und großen Dingen so gestaltet, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die wichtigsten Nummern für Taxi sind ebenso vorbereitet, wie Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Nutzung der Küche,… Wir haben sehr viel selbst gekocht, was in der komplett ausgestatteten Küche viel Spaß gemacht hat. Der Garten ist bezaubernd. Top gepflegt, viele Sitzecken und Liegemöglichkeiten, ein sauberer Pool, Spielzeug für die Kinder (und Erwachsenen),… Der Ausblick ist wahnsinnig schön und lädt zum gemütlichen Glas Wein am Abend genauso ein, wie zur entspannten Tasse Kaffee am Morgen und einem ausgedehnten Frühstück. We absolutely loved our stay at Stefano's house! The location was beautiful - we did some really lovely walks in the surrounding hills and some day trips to the coast. The house itself was wonderful. We loved the character of the building and appreciated the care with which it has been restored. The furniture was all really interesting and well curated. We felt right at home and it was the perfect cosy spot on the colder days. We still managed to enjoy the pool when the sun came out! We would definitely love to come and stay again someday. Siamo stati nella casa relax per 5 giorni ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. La casa è proprio come in foto, curata in ogni dettaglio e rifornita come una casa abitata, non manca nulla. La piscina è utilissima così come la doccia esterna con acqua calda. Il giardino è molto esteso e recintato per la gioia del nostro cane. Non mancano sdraio, poltroncine e amache. Molto apprezzate le zanzariere in ogni ambiente. Daniele ed Emanuela ci hanno accolto amichevolmente, illustrandoci la casa e dispensando consigli sul territorio e sugli agriturismi dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene! Molto reattivi rispetto a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Anche i vicini sono molto simpatici e davvero disponibili. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliata per esplorare la valle ma anche semplicemente per rilassarsi!! La strada per arrivarci è sicuramente stretta e tortuosa ma non trafficata quindi non rappresenta un problema. Insomma, un bilancio più che positivo! Grazie ancora di tutto
