The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Enjoy a wonderful vacation in the heart of the historic center of Fiumicino; 150 meters from the apartment you will reach Via della Torre Clementina (cult street of the coast); here you will find the best seafood restaurants, wine bars and pizzerias; there are also bars, grocery stores, tobacconists and pharmacies. The house is a 1-minute walk from the bus stop (Cotral) to Fiumicino Airport and the Railway Station. A few minutes' walk to the equipped beaches during the summer.
