Beautiful studio. Maximum of two guests. Full kitchen, private entrance, private bath. Free parking for one car. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Free wi-fi. Washer/Dryer. Can walk to Penn State. Next to shopping plaza, restaurants, and public swimming pool. Great location!
“Great location in this area and very clean. THIS IS A STUDIO. The pictures make it look like a one bedroom but be aware that it is definitely not. It’s a small space, basically a hotel room with a kitchen and washer/Dryer. I found it too small for two people. Would be OK for one. There is no dishwasher but it’s a pretty well-stocked kitchen. The hosts are friendly and communicate quickly and the place is an easy car ride to most everything in State College. Just be aware that it is small. There is a larger unit attached to this house and we did hear most everything the people that were staying there we’re saying through the walls. If you’re looking for more space, you might inquire of the host about getting that larger unit “A”. This one is u it “B” . Overall, fine – there really isn’t much to choose from in this region, hence the higher price.”
Lower level living space w/bedroom (soft, pillowtop queen bed), private bath, living area, and private side entrance. Located 2 miles from Beaver Stadium at Penn State. ☆☆☆You will hear our family upstairs, we do our best to be quiet. If you like children, this is this is the place for you!☆☆☆ We recommend 2 people stay, although we can accommodate 3 people with an air mattress in the living room.
“Rebecca's place is great. While I didn't see the host and family due to my short stay and the separate entrance, the communication was flawless. I arrived after a late night travel and let myself in to their gorgeous suite which was immaculate and had a very cozy and inviting feel. Thanks for having me, would definitely recommend!”
Our place is close to the Naked Egg on the edge of State College right before Pine Grove Mills. Quiet and away from the student-life & noise of downtown but close enough to be any where in 5-10 minutes.. The place is perfect for couples, small groups, families (with kids), and we welcome your furry friends traveling with you (pets).
“From the moment I requested the booking, Bryan and Ashley were “on it.” I lucked out for PSU Family weekend, when someone had cancelled this AirBNB the night before... And believe me. The headline “We Are Perfect for Your Stay,” did not disappoint. I’ve stayed at a few AirBNB’s but never someone’s actual home, and I’m pretty sure there’s not a single person on the planet who can come close to the hospitality that is this home. Not even a 5 star hotel. It helps that if you’re health conscious, like me, that the amenities provided were all organic from the soaps and lotions to the Trader Joe’s coffee and creamer. I asked Ashley if I could extend my stay beyond the 12:00 check out to 2:00, and she did not hesitate to accommodate me. We spent most of our time in their house cooking my daughter’s favorite meals, since she hadn’t had home cooking in 7 weeks, and the kitchen was set up so organized that you didn’t even have to think, “Where could I find...” On top of everything, the place was SPOTLESS! Every single bed was SUPER comfortable. My family said they slept well, and my daughter who stayed with us so she can get out of the dorm said that it was the most sleep she got in 7 weeks. For a light sleeper, she slept like a log. We even enjoyed the outdoor space under the covered porch in the back. I can go on and on and on about how amazing it was to stay there. If ever visiting again, I would wanna snatch up this place. As far as location, it’s a less than 10 minute drive to campus, and super easy to get there from there. Because of how thoughtful Ashley and Bryan are with all of their thoughtful touches, on their behalf, I would implode any future guests to treat their lovely home the way you would yours. This place is a gem!”
