First level has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen ready to entertain family and friends. The garage has 6 kayaks, life jackets, fishing gear, washer and dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. The house is located just outside of the Weeki Wachee River( a short 10 min Kayak or Canoe ride.) The front of the house has a large protected wooded area. We have see deer, wild boar, owls and wild turkeys. In the back we have seen otters, turtles, various fish, and of course manatees
