Ideally located between Bergerac and Saint-Emilion, in a green environment, come and discover this pleasant 63 m2 accommodation, adjoining but independent of our house. It is on one level at the edge of the swimming pool, which you can enjoy from June to September or even October depending on the weather (unheated).
