CASUEÑA is a lovely villa with a private pool, heated with saltwater chlorination all year round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-hob cooker and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch, which will be the focal point of activity at the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

The house has a kitchenette integrated into a large living room with a fireplace, all in an open and bright space with direct access to the terrace and garden. The house is fully equipped, with A/C and designed for a dream vacation (sheets, towels, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, central air conditioning, barbecue area, beer tap on request...)

Modern villa, pool, countryside, close to Malaga

Our modern detached house is in the countryside, about 20 minutes from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from central Malaga. Given our location a car is essential. Spacious, open plan living with generous terraces and a salt water swimming pool. The house is not air conditioned but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is no television. WiFi is reliable throughout the house.

Beautiful house with ocean and mountain views

Located 15 minutes from the airport, with magnificent views. A deposit of €500 is charged, which will be returned at the end, and a 20kw electricity fee per day is included. If consumption is higher, it will be charged separately. People other than guests are prohibited from entering the house, as are parties and noise that bother the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside

The cottage has 2 bedrooms (bedrooms are linked by a passageway with no door between them), sitting room, hall, kitchen and bathroom. It has its own terrace and you will have exclusive use of the swimming pool. Great vacation experience.
