Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Elegant studio, very nice view, private terrasse

Studio no. 2 is an independent, cozy, contemporary studio (24sqm) with a private terrasse and a very nice view. The studio is part of a new modern house, in a calm, green and hilly area just 15 min from the center of Toulouse, 5 minutes from a golf course, near hiking/biking trails. A very nice, calm apartment to come home to after a day of visiting, or working. High quality furniture and installations. Italian-style shower. Large, high quality sofa-bed (160*190*16cm).

Appartement T2

Enjoy the atmosphere of a "belle époque" style cultural café. This two-room accommodation is an independent part of our personal apartments located above the Café Culturel La Grande Famille. It offers you the choice between the calm of the countryside, near Toulouse, (Monday to Thursday) and the possibility of enjoying (without obligation) village life in the café open to the public from Thursday evening to Sunday. Living space, concerts, possibility of meals on site.

Entire place T3 + garden

This 53m2 home is on the edge of the Nature Reserve. With family or friends, it will allow you to enjoy a stay borrowed from nature, visits or rest. Its 100 m² garden will allow you to enjoy convivial moments. The river and its natural beach are a 5-minute walk away. 20 minutes from Toulouse, it is also well located for visiting cities like Albi (1h), Carcassonne (1h15) and Gruissan (1st beach in the Mediterranean at 1h45). Train station 5 mins by car.

Independent studio

Independent of our house, 15 minutes from Toulouse, with an area of 16 m², it will allow you a quiet stay in complete privacy. It consists of an equipped kitchenette, sleeping area and small bathroom. Equipped with reversible air conditioning, it will offer you all the comforts you need for your stay: Smart TV, fridge, combined microwave oven, induction cooktop, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Confluence Apartment

In the heart of downtown Pinsaguel, you have quick access to the Roques and Portet-sur-Garonne shopping area (3 min drive from the Route d 'Espagne) as well as the Portet/St Simon SNCF station. The newly renovated accommodation is equipped with a sleeping area with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen, a shower room, a reversible air conditioning/heating and free parking. Kitchen essentials as well as linens and towels are provided.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, with a very bright and pleasant living space, located in a village in the center of Occitania, 20 minutes from downtown Toulouse (Ville Rose), 1 hour from Carcassonne and 1.5 hours from the Ariège Pyrenees. Access to highways A 61, A 62 and A 64. With its small shops in the center of the village bordered by the Garonne where you can take pleasant family walks.
