Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

A/C/WiFi with power throughout the villa. Private flat, private outdoor jacuzzi, paddle court, surveillance and 2 garage spots. A quiet, gated community. Supermarkets, La Gavia mall, and restaurants nearby. Metro and buses are a 5 minute walk away.
