Holiday rentals with a patio in Piombino

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Good location for enjoying Portoferraio and the closest and beautiful beaches of Padulella, Ghiaie, and so on! A good option for someone traveling without a car to the island :)

The apartment fully met our expectations, the location is excellent, the communication with the owners is very good and if you have any problem they respond very quickly, it is totally worth checking in to this apartment.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

We had a really lovely stay in Palaia with our 9-month old baby. Andrea’s place is very comfortable, had everything we needed, and is located right in the centre of the town. The garden space outside (and the hot tub!) is a particular treat, with stunning views of the Tuscan scenery but which also felt quite private. Andrea was a great and very helpful host, and gave us lots of information about the local area - grazie! Palaia is a beautiful and lively town with lots going on - we were able to get everything we needed from the shops, visit the lovely churches and see the incredible views from la Rocca. We would particularly recommend the takeaway pizza right outside Andrea’s place - so good we had it twice! We hope to come back some day.

Really beautiful house and well equipped with everything. Spacious, comfortable, quiet and in a perfect location for both the sea and its proximity to the city. Very kind and super helpful hosts. We'll definitely be back. Tip!

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

We had a lovely stay despite the rainy weather! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Sheila was welcoming and responsive and provided nice recommandations in particular for restaurants nearby. We'd happily come back again—hopefully with a bit more sunshine next time!

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

Finding yourself in a "home," not in an environment made to be rented. And a house always has a soul, like its owner Leandro who welcomed us and also accompanied us in the history of this house. What can I say, this is the Airbnb we like. Strategic location in an area where you'll be spoiled for choice on what to visit.

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very good. Both supermarkets are very close. The village center is only about 500 m away and the beach 1 km away. Francesca is a wonderful host, she is very friendly. We were also able to check in earlier. We can really recommend this property and would love to come back again.

The location of the accommodation is very central! Pisa Centrale train station is a few minutes' walk away, where we drove to Lucca and Florence. Pauline was always quick to reach and gave us countless great tips :) Unfortunately, the mosquitoes annoyed us very much at night, even though the window was always closed. (nasty things)

Very nice apartment, 10 min. walk to the city center, very close to Porta Romana but away from the tourist madness (appreciable) and with this flowered terrace overlooking the walls! Delicious! And Alberto, very kind and available... Thank you, Alberto!

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
