Great place with lots of room for fun. The open spacious living/ kitchen area offers space for gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked for all kinds of cooking. Tons of games, a pack n play and many items for kids. Lots of toys, wagons, towels for the beach. It's super well outfitted for a family weekend at the beach, so much more than most competition. Comfortable beds and always everything very clean. Truly a 5 minute walk even with wagons and children. Large porch for outside gatherings.

The other 2 bathrooms are inside of the house (2nd level).
