Ti Heol is a charming fisherman's house located in the heart of the village of Kervin, next to the cove of Lérat in Piriac sur Mer, a "small town with character". The house is over 200 years old and is classified as a historic and heritage building. It was completely renovated in 2020/2021. With an area of 90 m2, it comprises two levels of 45 m2 each. The 240 m2 garden is separated from the house by the width of the cul-de-sac. A small bucolic path of 500 m quietly leads to Lérat beach.

This 'Clévacances' certified cottage has obtained 3 keys that guarantee optimal comfort. Entirely private house with garden, terrace, barbecue and parking. The park allows access to leisure for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds). Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€70).

We are in the process of renovating an old farmhouse in a small hamlet and look forward to welcoming you to our 'little slice of heaven'.

Away from the summer crowds but less than 10 minutes from supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants and seaside resorts, you will be close to tourist activities, regional markets, organic farms and small local shops.

At the entrance to the Rhuys Peninsula, halfway between Sarzeau and Vannes, detached house, in an 18th century property of 4 completely renovated houses, in the middle of a 4.5 hectare park with a fish pond and heated swimming pool (in season). The house is ready to welcome you (sheets and towels provided). To better enjoy your stay: - end-of-stay cleaning: price on request. -1 pet accepted, + €30/stay.
