Small cozy studio of 15 m2, completely renovated and fully equipped. Wooden atmosphere. Double bed on the mezzanine. 1 sofa bed that can accommodate a child (< 12 years old). Baby bed loan possible. 250 m from Prévent beach (close to Santocha, La Piste, on foot). Direct fishermen's fish market 150 m away (and close to all other shops). Visitor parking or possibility of parking on the street. No outside and no possibility of settling on the common courtyard of the condo.

Independent accommodation

Located at the entrance to Capbreton, the city center is 2 km away. On site: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge. In the bathroom, the washing machine is available. The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a 140 bed. An attic bedroom, a 90 bed that can be split for 2 people. The staircase is protected by a barrier, children can play safely. TV and WiFi available. Base price is set for 2 people. No pets except in exceptional cases.
