Terrace with sea view and garden furniture. 2 rooms, very quiet, refurbished in 2022. Windows changed in 2024. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with excellent sofa bed, kitchen completely redone in 2025, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Beach, city center 500 meters away.
