Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Plage du Midi

We had a lovely stay in Saint Raphaël. Julie's loft is very nice, as described and shown in the photos. Well equipped, air conditioned, at the foot of the beach and the city center, we did not have to use the car, the center is very lively. Julie was always responsive and available to each of our requests. The information provided was very clear. We'll be happy to go back.

I would recommend this place for a stay in Nice. The studio is located in the city center and is close to everything (12 minutes from Nice Ville train station) convenient to do the maximum on foot. The accommodation is impeccable, clean, and well-equipped (I note the present one with an umbrella left at your disposal as well as hygienic protections. Alexandre and Virginia have thought of everything).

Exactly as pictured, it is a great little apartment centrally located. Good detailed instructions on how to get inside. We had no issues and enjoyed our time in Antibes.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to the beach, train station, parking and shops. Sébastien is an available and accommodating host. We highly recommend it.

Very well located accommodation, 2 steps from the city and 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Place Massena. This is an apartment with character, clean and has everything you need for a perfect stay: soaps, shower gel, and even laundry detergent if needed. Cote cuisine coffee, sugar, rice and pasta are also available. Hosts have thought of a lot of little details to improve the guest's stay. We enjoyed the calm and charm of the accommodation and we'll be back with pleasure.

The apartment was exactly as described. Bérengere and Stephane are very cooperative, available at all times and super nice. Nothing was missing, I felt so comfortable that I booked again for next year.

This place was perfect for us! Very clean and plenty of room for 3 people. Although if you happen to be tall, I have to warn you that the ceilings are lower and slanted on the sides since it is the top unit. The location is very much a 10/10. The beach is right across the street. The beach is rocky, bring a beach towel and you’ll be set to lay out comfortably. Also plenty of restaurants opened along the promenade, the Boulangerie next door was *chefs kiss*. The train stop is very close by and easily accessible to travel between the coastal towns. Josè et Christiane were very kind and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. For English speakers: Brush up on the basics, we didn’t encounter many people who spoke English and my French skills are “très terrible”, but we managed! The locals were very kind and patient with us.

Antoine is friendly and very easy to get along with. He was very accommodating during our stay and we had access to the entire gardens as he lives above with his family who were kind and respectful of our privacy. The surrounding area is forested and it is a peaceful space to stay with all the amenities: cooking, cleaning and tv/internet. The place is gated and fenced ideal for our dog to run and explore!

The pictures do not do this house justice! It was an amazing home, and felt very luxurious. We loved it, especially the pool! Only thing I’ll say is it’s about a 25min drive to Cannes, so you may want to rent a car. We ubered everywhere though, which is definitely possible and not too expensive. The house is an amazing place though, and plenty to do on the property :)

Loïc and the host Helen were very responsive and friendly. Communication was fluent, personal and clear. We felt very welcome and at home. The house was exactly and more as what we expected. All was available and the garden with amazing swimming pool and petanque field made every day an enjoyable one. We are already planning to come back and recommend this place to anyone with kids and pets.

Highly recommended accommodation for groups of people. We had a great time, the house is spacious with a large garden and the host is super helpful. Beautiful experience!

We went to Cannes for a restful holiday with options of Cannes centre & nightlife. It was a lovely holiday..peaceful round the house then we sometimes Ubered into town for our evening meals and bars. There is a large shop which was a short walking distance away. The Netflix, Prime and Apple TV connections were a great option for the evenings also. Our host, Karen, helped us with any queries and we could message her anytime if there was a problem. Our dog loved it also…secure fencing and lots of space in the garden for her to run round.

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, everything fresh and new, recently renovated. Only the pool was unfortunately not heated and very cold. That's the only small downside, everything else perfectly fine

The apartment is in a very quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by a small park. 7 min walk to the beach, 20 mins walk to the Cannes city center. Uber works smoothly too, in case walking is not an option. The apartment has everything one might need - from coffee machine to sun umbrellas and towels. And even slippers and bath towels, which was a very nice touch. The whole apartment is comfortable and spacious. From the balcony one can see the sea a little and the nearby house. Moreno was very extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

hello again thank you for your very friendly welcome. I made rentals but this is a real palace frankly. Large spacious very large rooms of very nice lights (stars on the ceiling)linens from everywhere well presented beautiful I recommend and parking it takes a very small step for free parking, beach restaurants etc..... 5 minutes walk. I recommend it in the background. thank you again.

Perfect place for a beach holiday. Apartment is well equipped and is spotless. Philomène was very helpful and explained everything. With had a very welcoming welcome package. Everything from the beach to restaurants and shopping is walking distance. It is in a calm area but still very near to restaurants and bars. The only thing you need to be mindful of is the garage. It is not big and if you have a big car( i had a 5 series bmw) it is a challenge to get it in. I succeeded without damage but it is not for the faint of hart :-) highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

I had a lovely stay at this studio! It is impeccably clean, very well equipped and arranged. The decor is very cute. WiFi is super fast and works very well. The view is sublime, you can enjoy it on the balcony which is quite large! The photos are consistent with reality. The studio is very quiet inside, no neighborhood noise. A lot of attention from the owners in the studio, we feel that everything is done to facilitate the daily life of travelers and make them happy. It's rare enough to be highlighted. The environment is very pleasant, the beaches are beautiful. I received a very warm welcome from Corinne. She and Sébastien remain available during the stay if needed, which is very nice and helpful of them. We feel that they want to facilitate guests' stays. I say bravo to them for this studio which breathes positive vibes and in which we feel all their kindness.

A proximity to a convenient train station to spend the day in the city of your choice on the coast to Menton (no traffic jams and paid parking especially in season). Despite a capricious month of March we had a great time. Thank you Catherine, not to mention Alexandre.

We really liked it! It was very spacious and all the furniture was comfortable and functional. Fully equipped kitchen was a tip. Also it was very clean and had parking areas in the surrounding area

There is no shortage in the house, he even left me a gift that was very nice.
