Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Plage du Midi

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Saint Raphaël. Le loft de Julie est très agréable, fidèle à la description et aux photos. Bien équipé, climatisé, au pied de la plage et du centre ville, nous n’avons pas eu à utiliser la voiture, le centre est très animé. Julie a toujours été réactive et disponible à chacune de nos sollicitations. Les informations communiquées étaient très claires. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Je recommande ce logement pour un séjours à Nice. Le studio est placé en plein centre ville et est à proximité de tout (12minutes de la gare Nice ville) pratiques pour faire le maximum à pied. Le logement est impeccable, propre, et bien équipé (je note la présente d’un parapluie laissé à disposition ainsi que des protections hygiéniques. Alexandre et Virginie ont pensé à tout).

Exactly as pictured, it is a great little apartment centrally located. Good detailed instructions on how to get inside. We had no issues and enjoyed our time in Antibes.

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la plage, gare, parking et commerces. Sébastien est un hôte disponible et arrangeant. Nous recommandons vivement.

Logement très bien situé, à 2 pas de la veillle ville et à 10 minutes à pieds de la belle place Masséna. C'est un appartement avec du caractère, propre et disposant de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour parfait: savons, gel douche, et même de la lessive si besoin. Côte cuisine du café, sucre, riz et pâtes sont également à disposition. Les hôtes ont pensé à plein de petits détails pour améliorer le séjour des invités. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le charme du logement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Passamos 2 dias excelentes em Nice, o apartamento é super bonito, bem equipado e bem localizado. Cedric e Aurelle foram muito prestativos, responderam rápido as nossas dúvidas (mesmo tarde da noite...), foi tudo excelente!

Das Appartement war genau wie beschrieben. Bérengere und Stephane sind sehr kooperativ, jederzeit erreichbar und super nett. Es hat nichts gefehlt, ich hab mich so wohl gefühlt, dass ich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht habe.

This place was perfect for us! Very clean and plenty of room for 3 people. Although if you happen to be tall, I have to warn you that the ceilings are lower and slanted on the sides since it is the top unit. The location is very much a 10/10. The beach is right across the street. The beach is rocky, bring a beach towel and you’ll be set to lay out comfortably. Also plenty of restaurants opened along the promenade, the Boulangerie next door was *chefs kiss*. The train stop is very close by and easily accessible to travel between the coastal towns. Josè et Christiane were very kind and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. For English speakers: Brush up on the basics, we didn’t encounter many people who spoke English and my French skills are “très terrible”, but we managed! The locals were very kind and patient with us.

Antoine is friendly and very easy to get along with. He was very accommodating during our stay and we had access to the entire gardens as he lives above with his family who were kind and respectful of our privacy. The surrounding area is forested and it is a peaceful space to stay with all the amenities: cooking, cleaning and tv/internet. The place is gated and fenced ideal for our dog to run and explore!

Helemaure är en vacker klenod som värdarna har skapat inrett och förfinat under många år. Platsen är magisk på en egen kulle med havsutsikt från den fantastiska verandan och från det väl tilltagna poolområdet. Huset är stort och tillsammans med verandan, som fungerade som matsal och extra lounge för vår grupp på 9 vuxna och 5 barn, ger det mer än tillräckligt med utrymme för stora grupper. Huset har 4 mycket bra badrum, gästtoalett samt ytterligare toalett i poolhuset. Sängarna är bekväma. Det finns all önskvärd utrustning i husets två separata kök. Vid den stora poolen finns många leksaker för barn och vuxna av alla åldrar och vid huset finns petanque bana med flera uppsättning kulor och ett bra utomhus-pingisbord med racketar och bollar. Värdparet är mycket trevliga, generösa och okomplicerade. De tog emot oss personligen och visade hur allt fungerar. Tros att de var själva på en semesterresa under vår vistelse var de alltid tillgängliga och hjälpsamma. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Es war schlichtweg perfekt. Als Gruppe von 7 Leuten haben wir hier ganz entspannt meinen 30. Geburtstag gefeiert - und ich hätte mir die Zeit nicht schöner erträumen können. Die Fotos werden dem Grundstück und Haus kaum gerecht. Es ist noch schöner, noch größer und so unglaublich angenehm. Wir hatten die allerbeste Zeit vor Ort. Es war alles an Ausstattung vorhanden und hat wunderbar funktioniert. Selbst die 35 Grad Hitze konnte man in der Umgebung entspannt aushalten. Loïc und Helen waren wundervolle Gastgeber. Immer erreichbar, perfekte Tipps, ein fantastisches Haus. Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir gar keine Lust hatten die Umgebung zu erkunden und du meiste Zeit einfach nur im Garten und Pool genossen haben.. Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht noch, dass es nur große Bettdecken für zwei Personen gibt. Wer gerne einzelne hat, sollte dies vorher ansprechen oder sich zusätzliche Laken mitbringen. Ich kann es kaum erwarten nochmal zu kommen und das Haus meiner Familie zu zeigen. DANKE! ❤️

Alloggio super consigliato per gruppi di persone. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è spaziosa con ampio giardino e l'host super disponibile. Bellissima esperienza!

We went to Cannes for a restful holiday with options of Cannes centre & nightlife. It was a lovely holiday..peaceful round the house then we sometimes Ubered into town for our evening meals and bars. There is a large shop which was a short walking distance away. The Netflix, Prime and Apple TV connections were a great option for the evenings also. Our host, Karen, helped us with any queries and we could message her anytime if there was a problem. Our dog loved it also…secure fencing and lots of space in the garden for her to run round.

Prachtige woning, sfeervol ingericht, alles fris en nieuw, onlangs gerenoveerd. Alleen het zwembad was helaas niet verwarmd en erg koud. Dat is het enige kleine minpuntje, verder alles perfect in orde

The apartment is in a very quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by a small park. 7 min walk to the beach, 20 mins walk to the Cannes city center. Uber works smoothly too, in case walking is not an option. The apartment has everything one might need - from coffee machine to sun umbrellas and towels. And even slippers and bath towels, which was a very nice touch. The whole apartment is comfortable and spacious. From the balcony one can see the sea a little and the nearby house. Moreno was very extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Grand spacieux de très grande chambres des lumières très sympa (les étoiles au plafond)linge de partout bien présenté magnifique je recommande et parking il faut une toute petite marche pour un parking gratuit, plage restos etc.....a 5minutes a pieds. je recommande a fond. encore merci.

Perfect place for a beach holiday. Apartment is well equipped and is spotless. Philomène was very helpful and explained everything. With had a very welcoming welcome package. Everything from the beach to restaurants and shopping is walking distance. It is in a calm area but still very near to restaurants and bars. The only thing you need to be mindful of is the garage. It is not big and if you have a big car( i had a 5 series bmw) it is a challenge to get it in. I succeeded without damage but it is not for the faint of hart :-) highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio! Il est d’une propreté irréprochable Très bien équipé et agencé. La décoration est très mignonne. Le WIFI est hyper rapide et fonctionne très bien. La vue est sublime, vous pourrez en profiter sur le balcon qui est plutôt grand ! Les photos sont conformes à la réalité Le studio est très calme à l’intérieur, pas de bruit de voisinage. Beaucoup d’attention de la part des propriétaires dans le studio, on sent que tout est fait pour faciliter le quotidien des voyageurs et leur faire plaisir. C’est assez rare pour être souligné. L’environnement est très agréable,les plages sont magnifiques. J’ai reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Corinne. Elle et Sébastien restent disponibles durant le séjour si besoin., ce qui est très appréciable et serviable de leur part. On sent qu’ils ont envie de faciliter le séjour des voyageurs. Je leur dit bravo pour ce studio qui respire les ondes positives et dans lequel on sent toute leur gentillesse.

Une proximité avec une gare bien pratique pour passer la journée dans la ville de son choix sur le littoral jusqu'à Menton (pas de bouchons et de parkings payants surtout en saison). Malgré un mois de mars capricieux nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci Catherine sans oublier Alexandre.

Nos gustó mucho! era muy espacioso y todos los muebles eran cómodos y funcionales. La cocina totalmente equipada era un puntazo. Además estaba muy limpio y tenía zonas de aparcamiento en los alrededores

Es herrscht kein Mangel im Haus, er hat mir sogar ein Geschenk hinterlassen, das sehr schön war.
