This is a very nice apartment composed of a living-dining room opening onto a terrace, a bedroom (with a double bed), a kitchen and a shower room. The terrace overlooks the pool. The kitchen is well equipped (fridge, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker...). Hot water is provided by a solar water heater. The apartment is equipped with two split air conditioners, TV, washing machine and WiFi. The beach is a 3 min walk.

You will live in a small house next to mom's main villa, who will be there if needed. This is the old house humbly restored to accommodate a group of 4 people, in minimal comfort with air conditioning. Location is central, next to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The house is located 700 meters from "Marsa de Kelibia" beach, and a 5-minute drive from Mansoura beach. The neighborhood is very nice for walking.
