Very nice 50 m² apartment offering all the comforts for a change of scenery for couples, families or groups of friends. It has a wrap-around terrace to enjoy the sun, a bedroom and a private parking space in the basement. Its location allows easy access thanks to the Metro, a 5-minute walk to the city center, beaches, and the velodrome stadium. For sports and entertainment enthusiasts, the Velodrome is 700 m from the apartment. Parc Chanot: 15 min walk.

The cabin is not far from the city, on the Estaque side, from the blue coast walks, 10 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from the airport, 2.5 km from each village.

Gold's paradise

The apartment faces the sea with exceptional views and a pleasant terrace for aperitifs/dinner in front of the big blue, close to restaurants, beaches, coves and hiking trails. Water shuttle 20 m to Pointe Rouge and the old port from June to September and bus 300 m. There are about ten steps to access the accommodation and the bed in the room is raised 1 m, so I do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility. We live there if needed
