The holiday apartment is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, across the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen–diner with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Floor area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m². Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 m²) can also be rented. Three additional persons can be accommodated there.

Our Schwalbenloft is a stylish and sustainably furnished refuge with lots of wood and almost 100 square meters. A large kitchen-living room with a beautiful dining area with a large fridge with freezer, water and ice dispenser awaits you. The comfortable sofas in front of the 58-inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, RTL+ and much more invite you to relax. The bedroom with work corner has a wellness bed. Children often find their kingdom in the sparrow's nest. The bathroom promises unforgettable evenings.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The rustic tiny house offers a spacious sauna (wood-burning stove, Himalayan salt wall), a private swimming pool and a relaxation room with loungers, kitchen, large shower and underfloor heating. Wood, towels and bathrobes are available free of charge.

Our cozy cottage is your accommodation for a quiet holiday right in the forest or varied near three major cities. The house is cozy in the living rooms with a fireplace to heat. We live with our sled dogs on the adjacent park-like area. The forest begins right behind the property. There are several natural lakes, outdoor pools, swimming pools and spas nearby.
