On the 1st floor: TV room with sofa bed and DVD player, Bedroom 1 (1 double bed), bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. On the 2nd floor: Room 2 (2 single beds), Room 3 (2 single beds). Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse mountains, come and discover our self-contained dome on our small Quintessence de Chartreuse farm, dedicated to plants. You will be captivated by the view of the valley and the 360° panorama of the cliffs, with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm buildings are located 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no overlooking neighbours. Quiet location with many hiking trails and other sports activities (mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canyoning, caving, skiing...) Free access to private hot tub. Heated all year round to 37°. Wood stove with logs available. 10 min drive to the small family resort of Col de Marcieu. 40 minutes from 7 Laux.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent a part of our carefully renovated house. It sits in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the La Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are steps away from the house. The Rivieralp leisure centre with its ecological swimming area is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an additional charge of 8 euros.

In the heart of the paragliding and delta site of St Hilaire du Touvet at 1000 m altitude, the accommodation offers a superb view of the Dent de Crolles and is a short walk from the site's 3 paragliding take-offs. The Prevol paragliding school is in the same building. Easy to come for a tandem flight or to accommodate you for a course. Nearby amenities: Casino, Restaurants, Bar, Funicular.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.
