Apartment/studio on the ground floor in a charming house at the entrance to the old village. New apartment/studio with the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay in all seasons. It consists of a separate bathroom (6 m2) with shower, sink, wall-mounted toilet, towel dryer/radiator and washing machine. Waterfront

We offer you for rent a part of our carefully renovated house. It sits in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the La Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are steps away from the house. The Rivieralp leisure centre with its ecological swimming area is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an additional charge of 8 euros.

In the heart of the paragliding and delta site of St Hilaire du Touvet at 1000 m altitude, the accommodation offers a superb view of the Dent de Crolles and is a short walk from the site's 3 paragliding take-offs. Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.
