First floor: Large living / dining room and fully equiped kitchen & toilet wash room. Second floor: Toilet and large Bathroom. 3 double bedrooms, two of which also have single day beds and access to balcony, ideal for familes. The third bedroom is slightly smaller with the double bed that can convert to a day Sofa if needed. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space.

La Grave : Maison d'architecte avec vue unique

Au cœur du Parc National des Écrins, perchée au Hameau des Terrasses, cette maison contemporaine, présente une vue imprenable sur les glaciers de la Meije. La maison de 95 m2, se caractérise par ses ouvertures et ses volumes uniques offrant à ses occupants un paysage panoramique hors du commun. Elle compte une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon, 3 chambres dont une mezzanine avec un total de 6 lits, une salle de bain avec baignoire et un toilette séparé. Elle a reçu le Prix Archicote 2022.

Mon petit Appartement Montagnard du Plateau

I leave at your disposal my apartment which I renovated myself in “mountain chalet” style. The view is just magical (Through the windows: Dent de Crolles, Rocher du Midi and through the skylights: Belledonne and Mont Blanc). It is located in a residence with parking (where the Prevol paragliding school is also located) just above the paragliding takeoff runway at the arrival of the funicular (1000m altitude). The surrounding activities are numerous and varied (climbing, hiking, biking, etc.)

Une petite chambre avec un lit double, 1 salle d’eau/wc avec douche. Grand balcon, terrain en pente, ruisseau, parking privé, espace fermé pour vélos, parapentes, skis. Draps et serviettes fournis. ADSL 10-15Mo, TV LED 107cm satellite, parking privé. Pas d'animaux, non fumeur, pas de place pour un lit bébé. Check-in autonome.

Notre gite de montagne est situé au cœur du splendide Parc Naturel Régional de Chartreuse. Celui-ci est situé au centre du petit hameau de Saint Même d'En Haut, dans un environnement calme, propice à la détente et aux activités de nature (VTT, randonnées, trail, pêche, ski, raquettes...). Cette maison nous l'avons aménagée pour y passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis car c'est aussi un de nos lieux privilégiés de vacances.
