Apartment located on the beachfront, with a terrace at the front of the house, from which you can have breakfast or a refreshment while watching the sea and enjoying the sea breeze. It has a rear terrace, independent kitchen with oven, microwave, countertop to prepare your favorite dishes, two bedrooms, 150cm bed and two singles. A bathroom with a large shower tray, renovated in 2024. There is a wifi and elevator. Go down, cross, and you have the beach at your feet.

It is the second floor of a building with only two apartments. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth as a living room. A bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, bakeries, clothing stores... and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.
