Beachfront apartment with spectacular views, it is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the sea. Located in the heart of Paseo Marítimo, it has all the amenities around. The apartment is distributed in 4 bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms, a toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room. It also has a communal pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis and garage. Our charming property, Casa Amida (sleeps 4–6), located in Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell, offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and is an ideal base on the Costa Blanca. The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4) and a separate guest house with 2 additional sleeping places – ideal for friends or family who want a bit more privacy. The garden with seating, terrace and private pool offers plenty of peace and quiet. Moraira and Jávea are a 15-minute drive away.

Penthouse and duplex with large private terrace with ocean view. Relax at our chill-out ! It is a spacious and renovated apartment. The living room is very bright, with large windows. It has wifi and fans in every room. It has a garage place very close to elevator. The community is one of the most beautiful in Gandía for its huge garden and large saltwater pool. If you have children, they will love to hang out on the swings or playing in the garden. (Families only)

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Apartment excellently located on a wide avenue with year‑round atmosphere. 400 meters away from the beach. Ideal for 2 guests (maximum 3). Car not required to move around. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Direct sea views from the balcony and mountain views from the swimming pool. WiFi and SmartTV. Valencia airport is about a 1‑hour drive; train and bus stations nearby. Strict cleaning and disinfection.
