Cosy apartment in Playa de Gandía for up to 4 people. It has a separate bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed (118 x 190 cm). Located on a quiet street, an 8-minute walk from the beach, opposite a supermarket and just 100 metres from the marina area of Venecia. Surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. It also has a very quiet communal swimming pool, shared only between six neighbours.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
