The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

This fantastic little pink house with a great sense of luxury is located directly on one of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca. Casa Playa has been renovated with the latest comfortable facilities.There is air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bedroom and bathroom, walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need. Luxery double bed. Sun-drenched terrace with outdoor kitchen where there is barbecue and water. the car is parked right by the gate.
