My home: Nice house very near to the beach.

My house is perfectly situated, in a quiet street. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a well equipped kitchen and a big terrace (it is all round the house) and you can eat outside. It has a nice, little garden and a barbaque there. The house has Wi-fi internet. It is very near to the beach ( less 5 minute walking),. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year adding a considerable discount each month).

Read the house rules and ask before booking. If there's a disturbance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., the community will call the police and cancel the reservation. Simple apartment close to everything: Mercadona, health center, bars, pharmacy, train station, taxi, bus, banks, and prepared meals. 2 minutes from the port and 13 minutes from the beach (1.1 km). Nightclubs are 1-2 km away. Air conditioning, 300MB Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and Netflix. All guests will be asked for ID before entering.

Swimming pool opened all year. Shops, restaurant, bakery, cafetery very closed. The house has a small garden with a porch and a solarium with sofas. Confortable house, beds, and good and speed WIFI conection. 3 rooms, 8 beds. All kitchen facilities. Very high evaluations from guests.
