Very well conditioned and out in the trendy Barrio del Cabañal, close to everything and away from traffic and bustle! Apartment in the 40-square-meter Cabañal on first floor with a typical staircase of the construction of the 15-step Maritime Poblados de Valencia!. Staircase giving access to two apartments, both of my property. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. Through the app, I am available at all times, 24 hours a day, for any kind of query or need.
