Welcome to our newly refurbished holiday home which has been made perfect for family and friends to enjoy the stunning Costa Teguise costal area of Lanzarote. Our home which comfortably sleeps 5, is just 1 minute walk from the sea front and 10 minute walk to the centre of Costa Teguise. Playa Bastian offers 3 communal swimming pools and a great tapas bar open throughout the day. The local area is full of fabulous restaurants & bars and further a field there are so many wonderful places to visit.

El apartamento permanece libre durante 24hrs entre estancias. Con piscina comunitaria y facilidad de aparcamiento.

Beautiful apartment with sea views in one of the best touristic spots. Located 3 mins walking from Playa Bastian and its promenade, in a quiet and lovely apartment complex with swimming pool. The place is distributed on two floors plus rooftop, and has two south oriented terraces (sun all the day). There are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Finding a parking spot is not a problem in the area. Unfortunately, there is no elevator nor easy access for reduced-mobility people.

Just a stone's throw away from the beach and all amenities. A beautiful and bright space to unwind and watch the sun go down that is close to a range of restaurants, bars, and cafes with lots of activities to choose from. Access for guests only to the shared outdoor area of the complex, which offers 3 shared pools including a children' s pool.

Casa Ola is a newly refurbished apartment located in the excluve residential area Los Molinos, in Costa Teguise which is the sole designed by the master and visionaire César Manrique. The garden, the two pools and the building reflect the particular style you can only find in Lanzarote: white walls, lavic stones and cactus plants. At 300mt walking distance there is Playa Bastían, but you can reach Las Cucharas Beach and the centre of Costa Teguise in less than 15 minutes walk.

Nautilus has a spectacular, spacious pool with direct sea views. It was completely renovated in 2023. All furniture and fixtures have been renewed to a high standard. The apartment fits for 4 guests. La Morena is a luxurious villa located directly on the white sandy beach of Costa Teguise . Terrace with 180 °sea view, shady garden, reading in the lounge or share a beer on the terrace, swim in the ocean, even working with fiber-optic and wifi is possible...
