Casa Garza es un apartamento con encanto, situado en la zona sur de la isla, por lo que gozamos del mejor clima. Su ubicación es ideal, está a 6 minutos caminando de la playa, de la avenida marítima peatonal y a una zona de restaurantes. Estamos a unos 15mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Es una edificación antigua y esto es lo que ha permitido su excelente ubicación y su carácter. Es ideal para relajarse y no hacer nada y para usarla de base para ir a recorrer esta isla tan bonita.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

The bedroom features large windows offering panoramic views of the Haria Valley and palm trees. A spacious King Size bed with quality bedding is positioned centrally, complemented by a cozy armchair in one corner. Natural light enhances the warm wooden floor and vaulted ceiling.

El apartamento consta de un dormitorio, un baño moderno con ducha italiana, un salón amplio y luminoso con un ventanal grande , una cocina abierta y una terraza con mesa y banco.

We set up our cozy apartment “Villa Aqua” with one thing in mind, to create a space we’d love to stay in; with a comfortable sofa, spacious bed, rainfall shower, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing decor and a private covered terrace along with all the basics you need (Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, body wash, shampoo…) and the not-so-basics such as beach chairs, mats, towels and umbrella. Apartment completely renovated in front of the pool with a nice style, you will find everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest, AIR CONDITIONING, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, Netflix, wifi, etc etc. Private urbanization near the main services of the town (bus, taxi, restaurants, supermarkets, beach). The beach is about 10 min walking, and a shopping center with the main shops about 5 min.
