Relax in a villa with 180 degrees sea view in the peaceful and beautiful area of Ladera del Mar, just outside Nerja. Enjoy your own heated pool (at extra cost), garden, patio with barbecue, as well as several terraces. The association has a communal pool. In the villa there is a living room, a kitchen that was renovated in 2025, tv room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as guest toilet. In the tower there is a study room with a lifting view. To the "balcony" in central Nerja it is 3.5 km and to the nearest beach 750 m.
