This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
