En pleno centro del paseo marítimo de La Carihuela, con todo lo que necesites a tu alrededor: restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados, tiendas de regalos... El apartamento se ubica en una calle peatonal, en una primera planta con balcón. Antiguamente todos estos edificios eran casas de pescadores, por lo que suelen ser edificaciones de dos plantas que no disponen de ascensor.
