Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities , fifty meters from the beach. You don't need to rent a car as you can easily reach everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer . From July 7 until the end of September 2025 there will be work to replace the elevator. ( the apartment is on the second floor) . I apologize for any inconvenience.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. Very well located apartment, new, newly renovated, only 10 min walk to the beach. Terrace with very good views. A double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Wiffi, Light and Water included. There is no elevator, stairs to the third floor. The apartment is with all necessary to be inhabited. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything.
