This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen, and a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, including a dining table and comfortable sofas where you can enjoy the sunset. It features high-speed Wi-Fi and a desk with a chair, making it ideal for working from home. What's more, it has air conditioning in the living room and floor-standing fans in the bedrooms for your comfort. It is located just a few metres from Playa de las Américas, one of Tenerife's most famous beaches.

Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

It has access for people with disabilities, there are no stairs; it has 2 entrances: one on Victor Zurita Soler Street where there is always free public parking and the other on Rafael Puig Lluvina Avenue that takes you to Hard Rock Café, Papagayo or the Golden Mile where the most famous shopping malls on the island are located: C.C. Safari, C.Oasis.
