The apartment is spacious, measuring 70 m2 and consisting of a living room, kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room to increase the number of guests. An extra single bed can be rented. This apartment is unique and ideal for enjoying and relaxing during your vacation. It is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes from the center of Los Cristianos and 5 minutes from the Port of Los Cristianos and the surrounding beaches. In the area, you will find several shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the promenade for a relaxing stroll, visiting the various beaches, or going for a workout. The apartment is fully equipped with a SMART TV, Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, portable fans, bath and beach towels, and a hairdryer. It has a large balcony with a table and chairs where you can eat, relax, sunbathe, read, and enjoy the view with your partner, family, or friends.
