Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

The house has pool and mountain views. The airflow through the house keeps the house cool. The complex also has free parking.
