Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Our apartment has direct access to the beach (lift) and upstairs to the city center (lift) of Torremolinos.

Two minutes walk from Puerto Marina where you will find all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops... Enjoy the best beach in Benalmádena, "Malapesquera", just two steps from the studio. A few minutes walk away you can find supermarkets, banks, taxi and bus stops.

Comfortable and practical apartment a few metres from the beach with everything you need for a couple or a family to spend a few days or weeks of holidays full of pleasant moments! Important: The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September - You can park in the enclosure with a registration system!!! But you have to register during office hours from Monday to Friday!!! Otherwise, you have to park on the street.

A small dining table is set for two with white plates and cutlery, complemented by two wine glasses. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery, while a view of trees is visible through the balcony railing.
