There is a second small balcony in the bedroom overlooking a garden. There is also a 40 sqm private roof terrace with sun beds, shower, outdoor kitchen and a large table with chairs.

The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home.
