Het is geheel zelfstandig met eigen keuken en ruime net opgeknapte badkamer. Een ruime patio met eettafel, hangmat en lounge set. Daarnaast kan er ook gebruik gemaakt worden van het zonnedek bovenop. Dit is gedeeld met het andere appartement. Vanaf het zonnedek heb je prachtig uitzicht op het strand. Duiken en klimmen is zeer populair hier.
