Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa Zipolite

We had an excellent stay of three weeks. The air conditioning was very welcome. The apartment was clean and modern, the area is private and extremely quiet, and we appreciated weekly cleaning and laundry service included. The only real drawback was the rather difficult arrival (we have left personal note to hosts regarding this).

The place is perfect, it is a single bedroom with 2 beds, the very friendly host helped us get to the place and at all times supported us with what was requested.

Very easy instructions and extremely responsive. Checkin/out was a breeze and it was a very peaceful location to relax and recharge at.

Karla and the air BNB were great. This was a great spot, walking distance from Playa Zipolite and Playa de Amor, although at night it may be easy to grab a cab instead of walking uphill from the city center. Karla was super friendly and responsive. The main bedroom was comfortable and the second bedroom had two full-sized beds so the house could fit three people for a short stay. Air con was great. Water was hot. No complaints. :)

Lovely clean well equipped unit with a beautiful ocean view located only a short walk up the hill from the beautiful beach. Wonderful attentive host who made us feel totally at home.

First of all, we thank Natalie for the flexibility she had with us as we left the place, although we did not have the pleasure of meeting her personally. We were supported by Caesar at all times! Who was very attentive to our stay, also has an ice cream business very recommended next to the museum. The house has a nice view and its plus is the pool, as far as the rooms are simple but you can rest, what I do recommend is an update in its fans that almost do not give air, the air conditioning is a window, it only helps to refresh! On my visit we were carrying a person with walking disability and the house if it is suitable for it! We definitely recommend Natalie's house! The points to consider are only that there are constructions on both sides of the house and it does not have as much privacy at the moment, in addition to parking carts from the hotel in front on the property, leaving one of the entrances to the house open.

Carolina's place is perfectly situated on a quiet street, within a 3min walk to the main strip with food & restaurants, and a 6min walk to two different beaches. The private pool overlooking the ocean was stunning, and the check in / out process was seamless! Would definitely recommend :)

We had a great time at Alejandro’s. The house is beautifully finished with lots of thoughtful touches. We appreciated the outdoor shower for a rinse after the beach, the washing line to dry towels, plentiful drinking water and the option for warm water if you wanted a little in your shower to take the edge off. It was an easy walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet. The house is on the main street just on the edge of town but we kept the windows shut to keep things cool and the traffic didn’t bother us at all. Alejandro was a very kind, friendly and responsive host, along with his co-host who lived on the property. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed - so much space, great internet, big kitchen and the beach and shops are only a short walk away. Lisa was so helpful upon arrival and helped us navigate the public transport to find her, and also helped us rent a motorbike upon arrival. Would recommend as 10/10 accommodation. Everything was excellent, just a little difficult to get to the pool.

We were a group of 6 friends who stayed here for a few nights, and our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer. The place is truly incredible: comfortable, spacious, stylish, and unique, all while being quiet and just a short walk from the beach. Amalia is the kindest and most amazing. She made us feel completely at home with her warmth and hospitality, and her support was truly special. On top of that, she’s an incredible cook, preparing any meal we wanted with the freshest ingredients, including a mix of traditional Mexican food, fish and even a barbecue night. Jerome was a fantastic host. Super hands-on and always ready with excellent recommendations for beaches and activities, making sure we got the best experience possible. A huge thank you to Jerome and Amalia.

The stay is very pleasant. There are usually a lot of mosquitoes in the area, but the house is completely covered with a mosquito net so you don't even suffer from it. We rest quite well, no noise, or anything that disturbs. The location is very good because you are a few minutes from the restaurant and commerce area, but far enough away for you to enjoy the rest. I would definitely rent the house again.

Tania is a great host. The apartment looks better than the photos. It is cute and cozy in a well maintained building. It is clean and well equiped. Everything worked well. From there it is 15 mins to walk to playa pantheon to swim or 20 mins to walk to zipolite or a 5 mins walk to collecivos / taxis. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The neighbors are nice and quiet. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place! Best hosts, very communicative and helpful. Gave great recommendations, the place was very thought out with quality and attention to detail. AC was a life saver, had everything we needed. Small issue with the wifi but that was resolved quickly and with patience. Highly recommend

Lovely little hideaway on the main road in Mazunte. The communal spaces are inviting and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with cleaner and better stuff than in some other places. The hosts are super responsive, friendly and accommodating, as is the cleaning lady who comes around most days. The room we had was a little hot, but there was a ceiling fan and a standing fan that worked wonderfully. Even so, the nights were a little challenging because the rooms don’t cool off very easily and the coast is just generally very hot this time of year.

We were very comfortable in the accommodation, fabulous what our dogs could receive. Sergio and the staff were friendly and supported us in everything we asked of them. The place is a few steps from the center of Santa María Huatulco and approximately 30 min from Huatulco bays. !Thank you for everything!

Wow, what a beautiful home. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights on our honeymoon. We loved how private it was (away from the bussle and noise) but a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The AC in the bedroom was luxurious, as was the bidet. There was plenty of filtered water, so you don't have to lug water jugs up the stairs. The view and porch are so lovely. Edvin was a very responsive host, and he answered any question we had within minutes. As other people have mentioned, you have to go up 60 stairs to get to the Airbnb, which, in my opinion, was actually nice to get a little workout. If you have mobility issues, this might not be for you. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay. It was situated up a hill in a secluded and peaceful area, just a short walk to the best beach in Mazunte. We felt right at home. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Mazunte!
