Gustavo’s is a wonderful place. Spotless, comfortable, felt like an apartment rather than a hotel. The roof pool and lounge had an amazing view and the kitchen is very useful. Amazing views. Great value for money. Thanks so much Gustavo and his staff.

Andreas' place is on a hillside overlooking Puerto Angel, specifically a beach called Cacehuito that is popular, but small and beautiful and has a couple good restaurants. The pool is great, shared with other units and has an amazing view. Puerto Angel is great little town!

We had a great stay !! Breakfast was delicious, every day had a different menu to offer. I would 100% come back again. Victor, our host was amazing.

This place is best described as a small resort. All of the staff were more than accommodating. The breakfast is a first meal. Picturesque view abundant throughout the property. We look forward to our return!!! Blessings Mike and Magda

We had the most idyllic stay at Heven – truly a slice of paradise! The grounds are absolutely exquisite, and our room was both comfortable and beautifully appointed. The breakfasts were nothing short of amazing, with delicious options that made every morning feel special. Victor, our host, was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed. Watching the horizon and sea from the pool was incredibly relaxing – a perfect way to unwind and soak up the breathtaking views. We will definitely be back!

Second time at Gustavo's and again, we really enjoyed our stay. Gustavo is quick to respond to requests and accommodating where he can. His staff are great. Hard working, kind and friendly. A bit of a walk at the end of the day, but worth it once you arrive. Secure and peaceful.

The view from the 2nd level is definitely the best, despite being in a quite hot area the apartment keeps something cool, the rooms are very good size and everything works quite well.

Location is incredible. Sunrise on the patio for AM and star watching at night was unmatched. A beautiful reef is a few steps away and the water was very calm for swimming. There were plenty of places to eat down the beach - just be forewarned that they all close near sunset. We did not cook - just made coffee every morning - but the kitchen looked well stocked with cooking utensils. There were no cooking supplies beyond coffee, sugar and salt, so bring what you would need to cook. We were only two people, but the house is very spacious for groups - the bedrooms are all a good size as are the bathrooms. The A/C worked perfectly and pool was a lovely addition. The host and caretaker were lovely and attentive when we needed things. The instructions for the house were very informative and helpful. There are cons, but not any fault of the host - it's a remote beach in Mexico, so there are bugs and birds and rust, but they are quite minor and for us, part of the experience.

Our stay at Gabriel's place was a dream. Salchi Beach a paradise and the fact that the sea is in your insurmountable front yard. It is a very private beach and no tumult even in high season, beautiful! And Gabriela is the most friendly and flexible, a real pleasure

Perfect for a beach getaway!

This house is stunning. Such a beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool is fantastic and the rooms are very comfy. Good water pressure. Caitlin is a great host, very helpful. I would definitely come back.

The setting is absolutely spectacular in person - even better than the images. The house is charming and the walk down the hill to the semi private beach is long but perfectly manageable. The team at the hotel Bahia de la Luna could not have been lovelier. there is also a wonderful outdoor shower that i used every day However, the listing should stress how tricky (steep and rough) the roads are to navigate. i rented a normal sedan car and although it is DOABLE in a regular car, I wished every day that i had a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We also felt that the kitchen could be a little better equipped and the stove/oven were rather temperamental. Given that the position of the house made it hard to go out for dinner at night, it's important to be able to cook. the local market (fish in Puerto Angel or the big municipal market in Pochutla) are wonderful. Last - it would have been good to have some seating on the two bedroom balconies and some extra seating for the dining table

Our stay at this architectural masterpiece was absolutely wonderful! The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a private pool, air conditioning, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to quiet, beautiful beaches, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. Arturo was an exceptional host, providing helpful information, easy communication, and genuine kindness throughout our stay. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely return. Highly recommend!
