This condo is on the beach with an amazing rooftop deck with pool/hot tub and bartender!! There is no direct access to beach as we are in a protective zone, but the beach is just a 2 min walk around the building/block. Best views in Playa Del Carmen! Prime location close to the beach and a few blocks from 5th avenue. Full access to all amenities including roof top pool and hot tub, wifi in lobby and work area and full gym with ocean views. Free parking under building, gated and safe/secure.

Studio is ideal for couples Jacuzzi outside is completely private for your enjoyment. Water is not heated, its ambient temp. To access you have to walk stairs (16 steps) to access, its not for people with incapacities
