Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Apartments Tina are located 1 km from the sea shore in Crikvenica. Guests can use the private car park free of charge. All accommodation units include a seating area and a dining room. The kitchens include an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Towels are also provided. We have a good wi-fi network as well as free use of air conditioning.
