A beautiful 30 m2 studio totally independent of the neighboring property. With a pool shared with the owner. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The private terrace overlooks unobstructed countryside views. The owner's house is adjacent but she remains very discreet or even absent.

Tastefully renovated to a very high standard. Each property is fully independent and has its own private pool, overlooking the picturesque village of Plazac, with its 17th Century church, making this the perfect holiday destination.

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
