Close to the mountains of the Cantalian volcano for outdoor activities ( hiking, snowshoeing, fishing,mountain biking, canyoning...) with shops nearby ( bakery, tobacco press, grocery store, medical practice, gas station). Gite 2 stars renovated in 2018 in the house owners who will be delighted to welcome you and help you have a pleasant stay.

The village has an associative cafe with bread deposit from a postal agency, a tennis, basketball, football, children's playground and the departure of the rail bike from the Mauriac country. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.
