The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Here you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life due to the quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and enjoy the sun and the view of the nearby Fockenbach Valley on the spacious wooden veranda or on the balcony until the late evening hours. Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

The cozy apartment zur Wied is located in Oberlahr in the beautiful Westerwald only about 100 m from the Wied. Oberlahr is located in the Wiedtal in the Lahrer Gllichkeit and in the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park, shopping for groceries is about 3-5 km away. The cities of Cologne, Bonn and Koblenz can be reached in about 40-50 minutes and are recommended for a day trip. The coffee maker is from Tassimo.
