Beachfront holiday rentals in Plemmirio

Salvatore's flat is gorgeous! The views from both balconies looks right onto the Fountain of Arethusa where everyone comes for photos and sunset. It's an extremely busy area but with the windows shut at night I could manage sleep by midnight. Worth it. Everything in Otogio is a short walk. The flat has everything you need, the bed was comfortable and Salvatore was a great host, giving great restaurant recommendations. note: if arriving at the Siracusa bus station, recommend taking the small red SAIS bus #106 to Archemides piazza and walking from there to the apartment.

This place was in amazing location and is walkable to all the lively spots on the island. Andrea was the best Airbnb host we have ever had. He responds right away, was always there for questions and gave us recommendations for the entire city so we did feel in great hands. I recommend this place to everybody. The Airbnb was very clean and had all we needed for our 3 day trip! Stay here Andrea will take great care of you.

Where to even begin, okay: hospitality. These guys make you feel at home straight away. They went above and beyond for our baby with toys and a bed, the fridge was filled, a pie was baked and they responded very quickly. Lovely apartment, not super huge but we didn’t need that. Great part of town: you can walk everywhere. Literally. Also thought the price was very decent. Don’t hesitate: book!

We loved the open, light-filled space and modern design. The house has a paved outdoor area with a nice seating spot and hillside views. It's well located in Gallina, a peaceful coastal area with calm beaches and clear water, close to Avola, Syracuse, and daily essentials. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities, such as an induction cooktop (2 spots), fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, and cookware. There’s a washing machine, smart TV, and Wi-Fi (approx. 10–15 Mbit, relevant for those who need to work remotely). A comfy double bed is in the separate bedroom, two single beds on the open mezzanine. Heating/cooling are via three AC units. Communication with Cristina was kind and via messenger. Indoors, sound carries quite easily between rooms and the mezzanine, which might matter to light sleepers or those valuing privacy. A comfortable and well-situated base for exploring southeastern Sicily.

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

Great independent villa, very clean, equipped with everything you need. Exceptional communication with Paolo and Kora, as well as their kindness and availability. Fantastic location, 2 min walk from the sea, no more than an hour from many famous towns in Sicily (Noto -15min, Marzamemi -30min, Dubrovnik -45min). Close to restaurants and supermarkets. We appreciated the tranquility of the place and the total independence. We hope to be back soon and we will definitely recommend it:) Thank you very much!

Beautiful apartment. Very well located in the heart of Ortigia. Be sure to walk from the car parks, unless you can get permission for your car for the ZTL (true for any ortigia). Very well arranged and equipped. Probably cool in the summer (we went there in April). Recommended for visiting Syracuse.

We had a lovely stay at Tonino’s place! He and his family were incredibly responsive to all of our messages and went above and beyond to give us a smooth check in and experience. The views are absolutely beautiful and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking onsite (important as restaurants are quite far away). We found it a little bit cold in the house even with the heating on in the bedrooms but that’s potentially due to the time of year that we visited. Thanks Tonino, we hope to be back one day!

Very good stay in this peaceful place. The accommodation and environment match the photos. Very nice proximity to the beach. Plenty of storage in the accommodation.

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

It was a wonderfully beautiful villa, a topper. With all the necessities Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet. And plenty of towels. The garden is beautiful! The swimming pool with hot tub is very well maintained, clean and at your desired temperature. Halfway through the week, extra cleaning by the owner, takes about 3 hours that you can't get in. Also here extra bath towels. A lovely lounge corner and spacious outdoor dining/table. A gas BBQ (which we did not use) but nonetheless looked slick. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of everything available, bring your own cheese slicer. For the real cooks, the gas stove was a bit unstable, a single gas burner didn't work. And maybe a recommendation; a kettle, it was missing. But all in all ok One more recommendation; A blind in front of the window by the dining area. It was really blood hot over breakfast. We moved the dining table ➡️living room, where we had breakfast behind curtain. All in all

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Stunning villa, spacius inside and outside, huge porch with comfortable sofa and tv, private pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the shop. Perfect fit for 6 people, with lots of kitchen amenities and various glasses to enjoy wine or other sicilian spirits and delicacies.

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Carlotta. We came to Sicily as a three generational family and needed a space for all us - we hit the jackpot! It was open, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful, peaceful spot but walking distance to the beachfront. We lived walking down to the market every morning to get our fresh bread! Alessio was an absolutely wonderful host. He messaged the day before to check our arrival time and we were met at the end of the road. He gave us plenty of recommendations ( we did them all!) and was available by phone whenever we needed him. The house is simply gorgeous. Modern and clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool was a highlight! Our children (aged 2 and 4) loved it and used it every day, even in April! Alessio, we cannot thank you enough for the most incredible stay. We would recommend it to every one. The only negative was that we had to leave, we would have stayed longer if we could! Thank you 💜

Great place to stay. Everything very clean and just like in the photos. Beautiful beach 2min. walking. Unfortunately, the Weter was not on our side in April, so we didn't use the pool and beach much.

This place is a hidden gem. Everything was as described and even more. TV is upgraded to like 50 inch Smart TV, it was awesome to watch movies outside at night. Supermarkets are 10 mins drive. Private access to the sea, crystal clear water, amazing green garden. All our requests were solved immediately, Silvia is incredibly attentive host. And her parents are so lovely, multiple times they bought us different food and treats just as a present. We truly were feeling like in heaven for those few days.

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at Sabrina’s lovely, comfortable house with its green, spacious garden. It was really decorated with love and attention and we felt incredibly at home. Simply a wonderful holiday house. We were there in low season so the surroundings were quiet. Something we liked but meant we had to take the car if we wanted to go out for dinner. Lovely stay, highly recommended!

Summer vacation of absolute relaxation! We stayed at this facility in the 4th week of July. The house, newly built, offers all the comforts a family wants , especially with the presence of children, taking into account immediate access to the beach, bordered by only one gate. Equally appreciated was the green garden space, well cared for, including the presence of games and the beach equipment available to guests. A note of merit also for the managers/owners of the house, courteous and available to meet any need as soon as possible. The house also enjoys a great location, strategic to reach the towns of Avola, Noto and Ortigia, all almost equidistant from the structure (about 15/20 km) As for walking in the area, Fontane Bianche certainly does not allow excellent pedestrian mobility, but there are still essential services, bars, markets, restaurants, etc.

Everything is great! Martina is a wonderful host! The terrace is wonderful with the beautiful olive tree, where you can eat nicely and enjoy the evenings.

Marcella's apartment is a beautiful spacious and very well equipped apartment, which is a short distance to the sea and the center, so everything is also within walking distance. Apartment is corresponding to the description and photos. We really enjoyed our time there. Maria is a very attentive, helpful and warm host who was available for both check-in and check-out as well as during the stay with helpful tips and always responded very quickly to requests. The apartment is quiet and the beds are comfortable. Beach and restaurants at the Marina di Avola are easily accessible and you can spend very relaxing days there. The property is also conveniently located and excellent for excursions in the area. There is plenty to do and we would have liked to have stayed longer. We can fully recommend Marcella's apartment.

Antonella's place in Avola is amazing and I really can't wait to visit again. I was with a group of four and the house was more than comfortable for us, having two bathrooms really made it perfect for all of us to fit. The real magic of this place is that the host has thought of almost everything and is the kind of host who will give you the best info for making sure you're enjoying the region. Antonella is one of the sweetest hosts I've had on Airbnb and she really goes the extra mile. The location of the apartment is perfect for a beach getaway: 3 minutes walk and you're at a great little public beach, ten minutes and you can see the larger beach near the piazza. There are three very close restaurants and a bunch about 10 minutes on foot. To get to the center of Avola, it takes about 20 minutes to walk. This is the best of both worlds: easy access to the beach and easy access to amenities. Absolutely will stay here again when I return to Sicily. Thanks for everything!
