Agàpe Ortigia is an accommodation created with Love in the magical island of Ortigia, in the historic center, a stone's throw from the Duomo and the major sites of interest. The independent room is large and spacious, has a double bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee corner, but the peculiarity of this accommodation apart from the furnishings is the bathroom which, in addition to having the main amenities, offers a large sunken tub where you can relax.

In the heart of the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area, a 90-square-metre detached villa with an 80-square-metre heated infinity pool, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Sicilian coast from Plemmirio to Capo Passero. The villa is surrounded by a private 8,000-square-metre park, teeming with typical Sicilian vegetation (olive, carob, and almond trees; Mediterranean pines; mulberry and fig trees; and a rock garden with Mediterranean scrub).

The recently renovated house is a short walk from the Lungomare and the typical open-air market. The double bedroom has a lovely balcony overlooking the main street, ideal for a glass of wine at the end of a long day of vacation. The kitchen allows you to eat at home comfortably, a pleasant sea breeze enters from the window that opens onto the ronco. All the must-see places in Ortigia are within walking distance, as is Calarossa beach

The property consists of an entrance to a large well-stocked kitchen, a double bathroom, one of which is en-suite, both with a shower, and 3 double bedrooms. The villa is divided into two parts: one part to rent, and the other part inhabited by us, but no common space, except the main gate. 14 km from Ortigia's historic center, 20 minutes from the center.
