Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

From this beautiful place you can go to the beaches of the Emerald Coast a few kilometers from Saint-Malo privateer city (15 km), DINAN city of art and history (12 km), Cap Fréhel, Mont-Saint-Michel, Cancale, Île de Bréhat etc...

Leon's House

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse renovated in 2024. With an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It includes a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, as well as an outdoor area of approximately 100 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels provided: drop your bags! Love nature or animals? Come and recharge your batteries in our pretty Breton house located in the heart of an equestrian center. Ideally located 15min from St Malo and 35min from Mont Saint Michel, close to 2x2 lanes. Pets are allowed and welcome. Possibility of horse pensions or to enjoy the services of the equestrian center (walks, classes...) Lodging well-equipped and comfortable. Be careful, linens and towels are extra!

Our SPA cottage is located near Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and Saint-Malo. The nearest city center is Dol de Bretagne, 5 minutes away. The SPA is optional, it includes a jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. The accommodation is accessible for people with limited mobility. The cottage is composed of 3 independent houses, surrounded by nature. La Nacre is the house on the right in the cover photo.

The land is shared with our 2nd cottage, but the terraces are separate. Our accommodation is conveniently located close to Saint-Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel.
